Motorcycle Towing in Springfield, MO

Why motorcycles need a different kind of tow

A car can be lifted by its wheels and pulled. A motorcycle can't. It has to ride on a flatbed, standing upright and held firmly in place, so it doesn't lean, shift, or fall during the trip.

We strap bikes at solid points on the frame and keep pressure off the fairings, mirrors, and paint, so your motorcycle arrives the way it left.

Motorcycles we tow

  • Cruisers
  • Sport bikes
  • Touring bikes
  • Dirt and dual-sport bikes
  • Scooters and mopeds
  • Custom and vintage bikes

When riders call us

  • Your bike broke down on the road or won't start
  • A flat tire. Most motorcycles don't carry a spare, so a flat usually means a tow to a tire shop.
  • Your bike was in a crash and can't be ridden
  • It needs to go to a repair shop or dealership
  • You bought or sold a bike and need it moved
  • Moving a bike to or from storage

Waiting on the side of the road?

  • Move your bike off the road if you can do it safely
  • Turn on your hazard lights if your bike has them
  • Stand well away from traffic, behind a guardrail if there is one
  • Call 911 if anyone is hurt
  • Call us with your location and nearest exit or cross street

How we load your motorcycle

Every bike gets the same careful process.

  1. Onto the flatbed

The bed tilts down and your bike is rolled or winched up onto it.

  2. Stood upright

The front wheel is held in place so the bike stands straight.

  3. Strapped at the frame

Straps go on solid frame points, away from fairings, mirrors, and paint.

  4. Checked and delivered

We check the straps before we drive, then deliver it where you choose.

While you wait with your motorcycle

A bike on the side of the road is easy for drivers to miss. Until we get there:

  • Move the bike off the road if you safely can, onto the shoulder, a driveway or a parking lot.
  • Stand well away from traffic, and keep your riding gear on for visibility.
  • Turn on the hazard lights if the bike has them and the battery still works.
  • Note the details for us: make and model, whether it's a cruiser, sport bike or touring bike, and any damage after a drop.
  • Keep the key with you, and take anything you want to keep out of the saddlebags.
  • If you're hurt after a fall, call 911 first.

We load your bike upright and strap it down at solid points, so it arrives the way it left.

Motorcycle towing questions

How do you tow a motorcycle?
We carry it upright on a flatbed tow truck. The front wheel is held in place, and the bike is strapped at solid points on the frame, so it doesn't roll on the road or lean during the trip.
My motorcycle has a flat tire. Can you help?
Yes. Since most motorcycles don't carry a spare tire, we'll tow your bike to a tire shop, a repair shop, or your home.
Can you tow a motorcycle after a crash?
Yes, once the scene is cleared and the bike can be moved. We'll take it to the repair shop or location you or your insurance company chooses.
Can you pick up a motorcycle from my home or garage?
Yes. Give us the pickup address and where the bike needs to go. Tell us if there are steps, slopes, or tight spaces so we can plan the loading.
What should I tell you when I call?
Your location, the bike's make and model, whether it rolls freely, whether you have the keys, and where you want it taken. If you have a custom or high-value bike, tell us so we can plan how to load it.
